Welcome to

Maldives Leaders in Hospitality Awards 2017

Human Resources are like natural resources; they are often buried deep. You have to go looking for them; they are not just lying around on the surface. You have to create the circumstances where they show themselves’. Ken Robinson

The Maldives Leaders in Hospitality Awards intends to create the appropriate circumstances by recognizing the individuals and organizations in the hospitality industry of Maldives, who are pushing the boundaries of people strategy for the achievement of organizational goals.

HR teams all too often expend all their time and energy on the development of the rest of the organization, without finding the space to think of themselves. The Maldives Leaders in Hospitality Awards hopes that celebrating the value that great HR can have, and providing an opportunity for the best in the profession to recognize the fantastic work being done by their peers and colleagues, will change this.

The Maldives Leaders in Hospitality Industry will recognize individuals and organizations for their contribution.

The awards will be given, for the first time in the year 2017. It is the hope and wish of HR Maldives that these awards be given annually hence forth.

We hope this will create an opportunity for the best to be recognized and appreciated. We also hope that this will ensure that the hospitality industry will strive to improve the standard of their human resources.

The entry deadline is Saturday 15th April 2017.
